Common Questions

Here is a quick guide to some of our commonly asked questions:

Arriving to your
Appointment

We ask that existing clients arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of their appointment and that new clients arrive a required 15 minutes prior for new client paperwork. 

Cancellations/
rescheduling

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please review the full policy by clicking link at the top of the page.

Children

Children are not allowed at the clinic for any reason. We ask that you please make other arrangements. Due to the nature of our treatments and for the safety of our staff and clients we do not make any exceptions to this policy. 

Guests

While we do allow a friend or family member to join your appointment, we ask that only 1 guest be brought with to your appointment. Guest must be over the age of 18.

Treatment Age

Most of our treatments require our clients to be over the age of 18. However, for certain skin care treatments such as chemical peels or lasers we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. A consultation prior to any treatment will be required and a parent or guardian must be present at initial consultation.

Medical Contraindications

Sakura may refuse treatment to any patient who has a medical contraindication or for any other reason the provider is not comfortable completing the treatment. We believe patient safety is a priority and reserve the right to refuse treatment. 

Should a client be recovering from a contraindicated illness/procedure/etc, we will require the client's attending physician to provide a letter clearing the patient for care. This letter must come directly from the physician's office either via mail or e-mail to the clinic. It will still be at the discretion of Sakura's providers to administer treatment or to refuse.
